Your privacy
How your care records, purchases, and optional analytics are handled.
Your care records
The personal tracker at /tracker stores daily entries, person profiles, your chosen observations, saved report information, and trial usage in local browser storage. These local care records are not sent to our server, Paddle, or analytics services. No AI analysis is provided.
Records belong to this browser profile on this device. Another browser or device will have a separate history. Private browsing, browser storage settings, device loss, or clearing site data can remove your records. Download PDF summaries to keep a readable copy. A separate journal backup file can restore the saved journal; a PDF cannot.
Tracker PDF summaries and backup files are created on your device and saved wherever you choose. They contain the personal information you entered and are not password protected. Keep them somewhere private and share them only with people you choose. Importing a backup into the personal tracker stays on your device.
Optional analytics do not load on the tracker, Memory Games, purchase-confirmation, or access-recovery pages. Tracker upgrades open a separate purchase page; care entries and card answers are not included in checkout requests.
Purchases and access
Checkout is handled by Paddle. The store receives the transaction information needed to verify a purchase. Card payment details are entered in Paddle Checkout, not in a form on this website.
A verified tracker or Memory Games purchase offers a private access key to download or copy. The key can restore that purchase in another browser or after the original purchase cookie expires. Recovery sends the key to our server to check the purchase and relevant refunds with Paddle; it does not send care records or card answers. Tracker access also uses a local browser flag.
The access key contains a signed purchase reference and verification details, not care records or payment card details. Keep it private: anyone with the key can use it to restore access. The key is not automatically saved in browser storage or sent by email. A journal backup restores records; it does not include this key or paid access.
The original signed purchase cookie lasts up to 30 days. While it remains valid, the original confirmation link can recheck a tracker or Memory Games purchase and provide its access key again. The tracker’s local paid-access flag does not expire just because that cookie expires. Memory Games needs a valid purchase cookie; its saved key can restore access after expiry. If both the key and a valid cookie are lost, self-service recovery is unavailable; support would need to verify the purchase separately. A working support contact has not yet been published.
The Dementia Care Guide PDF is a separate download. Download requests use the purchase reference and the checkout browser’s purchase cookie to verify payment and refunds with Paddle. They do not include tracker care records. Tracker and Memory Games access keys do not restore guide purchases.
Memory Games
Card selections and answers stay in the open page. They are not recorded, saved in browser storage, or sent to our server or analytics services. Reloading starts a new session; there is no account or cloud activity history.
Full-set images and PDF downloads are requested from our server with the purchase reference and cookie. These requests recheck payment and refunds with Paddle; they do not include your answers. A downloaded PDF stays on your device and does not store answers.
Optional analytics
On storefront pages, optional analytics tools load only after consent when configured. You can choose essential functions only, or use “Privacy choices” to update your selection. The tracker, Memory Games, purchase-confirmation, and access-recovery pages remain excluded even if you accepted storefront analytics.
Campaign tags in a link may be kept for the current browser tab and attached to checkout. Please do not put personal or health information in links or support messages.
Memory Playlist Finder
The finder matches its local collections in your browser. It does not save your birth year, country selection, genre preference, or relationship choice. “Save on this device” stores only a collection ID in your browser until you remove it or clear your browser storage. Shared links also contain only a collection ID.
Song links open Spotify or YouTube, whose services and privacy policies apply there. The finder does not load external music players automatically or host music files.

This page is a transparent preview, not a final legal policy. The operator must add its legal identity, working contact details, and reviewed policies that match its location and actual services before accepting purchases.
